Lina has run and led huge not for profit organisations in Australia, UK and Zimbabwe . She believes in the prospects of fair and inclusive communities, while enforcing the belief that every individual is unique, special and deserves the best outcomes in life

In Australia, Lina has primarily focused on refugees/immigrants - supporting their integration and support with obtaining employment and advancement in career pathways to match Australian expected standards to obtain and keep a job , empowering people living with a disability to independence and upholding their human rights and freedom to lead a quality of life that is not limited, and stretching to many other disadvantaged communities.

In Zimbabwe, she focuses mainly on advancing the environment of disadvantaged children who have limited access to education, health and social welfare, both which are known to be vital for mental health and overall wellbeing. Lina has vast field experience in Corporate Governance, Business Operations and Management, Internal Audit & Risk, and Compliance Executive . 21 years experience in Children Services and extensive exposure in the Social Science sector. She has held various Social Science projects in the UK and Australia as Lead for Audits, Risk Management, Human Resources & Governance, and Senior Management roles.
